BUYING AN ACCUTRON

What shipping options do you offer?

We are pleased to offer DPD tracked, next day delivery service. We try our best to ship orders (placed before 1pm) that do not require bracelet band sizing within two working days. If bracelet sizing is required, please allow up to 3-4 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipping, as sizing is handled on demand by our expert technicians. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will begin processing on the following business day. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DPD tracking number.


What payment methods are accepted on Accutron UK?

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and Klarna. When selecting PayPal or Klarna at checkout, you will be redirected to their secure site to complete your purchase before returning to the checkout page. Please ensure that the shipping address in your account is correct, as this will be used to process and deliver your order.



When to expect my order to arrive?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is estimated to arrive within 1-2 working days. If you’ve asked us to adjust your watch before sending, please allow an extra 2 working days for us to get it just right. As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your DPD tracking code, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your returns and refund policy?

You have 21 days from purchase to return your watch for a full refund if it does not meet your expectations. Should you wish to return your watch,please request this using our online returns portal. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days after the item reaches Accutron's warehouse. Watches must be in the original, saleable condition. Only authorised alterations are eligible for a full refund.


PRODUCT INFORMATION

Do you offer bracelet alterations prior to despatch?

You are now able to request for your watch to be altered in the checkout process. Select the correct size and we will alter your watch before it is shipped to you. These alterations will be limited to one per watch. Please be advised as this is only a request, we may not be able to accommodate all alterations. Any links removed from the bracelet will be included in the parcel on arrival.


Can I go swimming with my Accutron timepiece?

The Accutron watches are not meant to be used for swimming or water sports.

How can I get a manual for my timepeice?

Manuals are available to download as a PDF. Please refer to our Watch Manuals page. 


What is the power saving function?

To ensure power saving, the second hand automatically stops at 12 o'clock after 5 minutes of no activity. Your timepiece continues to keep time.


How do I set the time? 

The second hand should be operating normally before attempting to set the time. When the second-hand points to 12 o'clock, pull the crown out. All hands will stop. Turn the crown to set the correct time.After setting the time, push the crown back in to the normal position. All hands will start moving normally.

WARRANTY

How long is the warranty on an Accutron timepiece? 

Accutron watches are covered under warranty for 5 years from the date of purchase.


What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers parts of the watch that have failed due to original defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including the capacitor.
