When you place an order with us on Accutronwatch.com, you are buying directly from the brand - and you can be assured that your Accutron timepiece is authentic, first quality, and backed by our five year limited warranty. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within the United States. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and packaged with care prior to shipping via UPS 2-Day (Signature Required). Orders placed after 3PM ET on Friday will begin processing on Monday. Holiday orders will be processed the next business day. 

We will send you a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

RETURNS

We want you to be sure your new timepiece meets your expectations.

Should you wish to make a return, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to request a return authorization number and complimentary return shipping label. Be sure to to provide the following:

1. Email address associated with your order

2. Your order number

3. Your return reason code (choose from below):

CR = Changed Mind

NA = Not as Pictured or Described

MS = Other (please describe)

We accept returns for products purchased through Accutronwatch.com only that are in original condition (unworn, with original packaging, and any removed links included). Any gift with purchase items must also be returned; in the event that any of these items are not returned, additional charges may apply. 

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction. 

Holiday Return Policy

To make your holiday shopping easier, any orders placed between November 1, 2025 and December 24, 2025 are eligible for returns through January 24, 2026.

We can only accept returns for products purchased directly through our website. Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging included. If any links have been removed, they must be returned with the item as well. Additionally, any free gifts received with your purchase must be included in the return. Failure to return these items may result in additional charges.

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser using the same payment method as the original order.

Please note that expedited shipping fees (UPS Overnight) are non-refundable.
